Our Stone Buddhist Statues Embark On A Journey!

Starring our Jizo statues, Buddhist monk statues, frog Buddha statue, and stone Buddha statue.

This video chronicles a beautiful day when two stone Jizo statue figurines set out across America for adventure. From sunrise to sunset, they meet other stone Buddhist statues along the way. Near the top of a majestic mountain, they watch the morning fog roll in with a Buddhist monk statue. After a brief exchange of delight over what they just saw, the Jizo statues set out for a walk along a mountain ridge toward a beautiful lake. 

Wouldn't it be great to take a dip in the water? Of course! So they walk into the water to soak their cute little toes. 

To dry themselves off, they lay on the soft green grass soaking up the warm sunshine. Gazing into one another's eyes, they remind each other of their own internal beauty and goodness. What a day for a swim!

Walking around the lake, they find a sign that reminds them to 'SLOW'. Taking the hint, the meander towards a large oak tree by a green meadow, only to discover an adorable Frog Buddha statue! How wonderful! They have a nice chat, commenting on what a beautiful day it is and sharing their joy. Inviting the Frog Buddha to join them on their continued journey, Mr Frog preferred to stay under the tree for further meditation. There was nothing he would rather do than to sip in the present moment in the shade.

So the Jizo statues set forth for the mountain tops again, this time closer to the ocean. Walking along the ridge with a wondrous view of the water brought smiles to their faces. 

And whad'ya know!? They stumbled upon a Buddha statue! What good fortune! Relaxing with the Buddha statue for a while, the Jizo statues gained newfound energy and a rise in spirits. Inspiring was the view and the good company, indeed.

Getting warm from the afternoon sun, they descended down the mountain for the shade of the redwoods. There they found a mossy bed to lay on in the bend of an old redwood tree. 

Life is better together, isn't it? Yes. With you, always. Now let's go to the beach. What a great idea! And so they went.

Walking down the mountain, through a park, and onto the sandy beach at Stinson, these cute little Jizo figurines traipsed their way to the water and serendipitously found another Buddhist monk statue! Oh what amazing karma. :)
